Save Time and Money With Our Expertise

We use robotic welding systems to turn aluminum tubing into custom frames of almost any size you can imagine. Custom Swiss-made stretching systems apply dozens of varieties of high-grade polyester or ultra-fine wire stainless steel mesh at the precise tensions you specify. Specialized European coating machines apply any of dozens of emulsion options in thicknesses from 6 to 1000 microns within very tight tolerances. Precision exposure sources are available to add print images for finished, ready-to-print screens.
